Merel Koppen | Program Manager Customer Excellence | PostNL

Working on the Pure Goat case made it nice and concrete. You can immediately put the Business Design models into practice and you see how others do it; that helps enormously in really understanding the methodology. I was able to use a number of tools immediately in my own organisation. The enthusiastic but professional way of working of Sabine and Markus make the mastercourse (also online!) a course to follow with pleasure!

Susanne Nieuwenhuis-Nijsink | Discovery lead B2B Services | Centraal Beheer

The mastercourse especially made me realise that we can apply the Design mindset much more to create value for the business. Highly recommended for everyone involved in innovation.

Weekly rhythm

The mastercourse starts with a welcome call where you get to know the trainers and the other participants. We share all practical information and tools we work with during the course (e.g. MIRO).

Each week you will spend 6-7 hours on the course: 1 half day (4 hours) per week we will work together. Between the joint sessions, you work individually on assignments (2 hours per week), for which both the participants (1 hour) and the trainers give feedback. Need help in the meantime? We are one extra hour per week available for additional guidance and questions.

The public mastercourse is spread over four weeks. In-company courses follow the same rhythm, although we are happy to adapt to specific wishes.

Our philosophy

As far as we are concerned, you learn mainly by doing. And the added value of a training course lies in being able to immediately and successfully apply new knowledge and skills to your daily work. During the course, we work with a real case. This way, we bring the different phases of Business Design to life as realistically as possible. And you do not only gain knowledge, but we also teach you to apply it immediately and take it into your work.

INCOMPANY MASTERCOURSE

Would you rather work together with your team on your Business Design skills? That is possible. We also offer our Business Design mastercourse in-company. The set-up is similar to the public mastercourse, although we will gladly customise the learning objectives and practical implementation to the needs of your team. The costs for the in-company masterccourse are €12.100,- (ex VAT) on the basis of max. 12 participants. Want to know more? Contact us via academy@perspective.amsterdam or consult our trainers.
