How do you ensure fitting service for your business customers? At VodafoneZiggo, we optimised the service portfolio by testing service concepts with the target group and honing them. The result: a clear strategy to give service a more relevant role in combination with VodafoneZiggo's product offering.

Accessible services

Online library for all

The KB's online library has thousands of e-books. But how do you know which books are available if you are blind, visually impaired or dyslexic? We researched this for the KB. With a few simple adjustments, it quickly becomes clear whether an e-book is readable for you.

Mental health care in the picture

The municipality of Amsterdam wants to provide timely, appropriate and adequate mental support to status holders. Together with relevant stakeholders and status holders, we mapped the ‘customer journey’ Mental Health and identified key moments. Our advice initiated steps towards concrete improvements.

Redesign service strategy

Helping travellers, allways

Arriva wanted to revamp its service formula to better connect with travellers. We researched their service needs and evaluated a pilot with the video assistance kiosk. With these insights, a viable, workable service formula plan was designed to match traveller needs.

Apply without errors

Applying for a boating licence or renewing a certificate seems simple, but often goes wrong. By making better use of data, we developed a new flow with CBR and tested it with the target group. All optimisations were categorised according to feasibility, so that CBR could immediately start working on improvements..

Verification and Compliance, with respect

Being investigated by the SVB can have a big impact on a citizen. The SVB wants this process to be as efficient and respectful as possible. By speaking to citizens who have been the subject of an investigation, we have insight into their perceptions and experiences. And identified improvements for the Verification and Compliance process.

Accelerating business growth

ABN AMRO wants to enable entrepreneurs to take out credit of up to 1 million themselves online. In sessions with teams from ABN AMRO and New10, and in conversations with (potential) customers, concrete input was gathered for the design of the Self Directed Lending service.

Eneco

Proposition design

Green gas in the lead

For Eneco's climate-neutral target in 2035, Green Gas is crucial. We developed a prototype and tested it for attractiveness, understandability and credibility. We translated the feedback from the target group into concrete recommendations for an MVP.

iDEAL

Design research

Remaining the standard

iDEAL is the most widely used online payment method. To maintain and strengthen that position, iDEAL is constantly working on improvements and new applications. In addition, the transition to Wero is on the agenda. Insights from UX research, in-depth interviews and online research support this process.

In charge of your reparation

Aggrieved parents wanted to contribute to their emotional reparation after the child benefits scandal. The ministry was looking for ways to facilitate initiatives. With our Public Design Wheel, in two months we developed , in co-creation with these parents, a validated prototype for effective support.

PFZW is preparing for the new pension scheme (2027). Via Design Sprints, we translated participant needs into a validated service concept for the revamped MijnPFZW environment, using participants' wishes as a starting point.
